The WORLD & Its PEOPLES! USA Canada JAPAN Scandinavia! Up for sale are Seven (7) Volumes of The Illustrated Library of the World and Its Peoples! This vintage set includes USA Volumes 1 through 3 , Canada , Japan 1 , Japan 2 / Korea , and Scandinavia! These seven volumes were published between 1964 and 1968 by Greystone Press , New York . These large books measure about 8½” x 11” and have nice red covers with black and gilt lettering and designs. As shown in the photos, the covers have some surface wear and tear, including a few bumped corners. Each volume is illustrated throughout with many color and black & white photos and illustrations. The books are all in good to very good condition: They are all complete, tightly bound, and have nice clean white to off-white pages with very little (if any) corner creasing, and no writing or tears. The Canada volume has a water stain and page wrinkling towards the back of the book; otherwise, the seven volumes have very little spotting, foxing, and/or page wear. These would make a nice addition to your collection! Take a look at the photos to best judge their condition.
