Semi Nude Bronze Sculpture This great highly detailed art deco sculpture by A. Godard, a French artist active in the 1920's, displays a nice polychrome patina. The beautiful woman is casually seated on the marble base feeding a pair of doves. Her dress is draped over one shoulder and contrasts beautifully with the woman's golden skin. The name of the artist is scratched in the marble base.
