Up for your consideration is an amazing bronze ( I believe it’s bronze) hawk statue. This was picked up by my Grandfather somewhere in his many travels. He was a British Military Officer during World War II and later a Diplomat. This piece has been displayed in my fishing cottage for many years. It is very heavy for its size. It measures 15 inches tall by 16.5 inches wide at the wings. The bird detaches from the base. And the wings detach from the bird. This stunning Art Deco sculpture depicts a flying eagle, falcon, or hawk, depending on the viewer's interpretation.
